collection, designed to give collectors an overview of the
business of collections in less than half the time of typical
classroom training.
You can order Exams one at a time or receive
volume discounts. Pricing is the same for either FDCPA
or QuickStart. Exams can be taken at any time, no expiration date.
Each students score is available electronically and
confidentially to management. Students scoring 80% and
above are provided a passing certificate.
